International Contact Center Conference & Expo (ICCCE)

It’s been a while since I had made a post that is worth reading. Well, there is something that I want to share to all of you specially people in the contact center industry. Maybe some of you don’t know what a Contact Center is. A Contact Center is widely known as call centers here in the Philippines but it is more proper if we use the term “Contact Center” rather than call centers. So, what am I really sharing to all of you in this article? Well, it is obvious that I will share to you guys about the International Contact Center Conference and Expo (ICCCE) that will be held here in the Philippines.

The International Contact Center Conference and Expo is an event where contact center professionals will come together to held a conference, forum and career fair at the SMX convention center at the Mall of Asia. It is produced by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). Here are some companies that are CCAP members.

Canada Day - it's the birthday of canada

I just want to share and to celebrate too, the birthday of Canada. Some of my friends and relatives are in Canada so happy holidays guys. Just to wrap up this post, I want to share some info's about the Canada day or formerly known as the Dominion Day.

The Dominion Day or the Canada Day is the anniversary of the event that united three British colonies into a single country that we now call Canada. The dominion day was replaced by canada day when canada gained full independence from the United Kingdom. The celebration of this holiday is being held all over canada and not canada only but also internationally.

Again, I want to say. Happy holidays to all Canadians out their!

The TV that must be owned by everyone

Hey guys, before I start the real post that I will do. I want to remind you that the images are short clips so it may load for awhile and for the unclear reason. I have changed my title. It is not the title I planned for, the real title is "I wish that this become my reward for reaching my fourth year in college".
________________________________________________________________________________

I wish that I would be the future owner of the Samsung Smart TV that was presented to us on the first day of iBlog7. It is the price for the winner of the contest of Samsung Philippines. I was surprised that we (Filipino bloggers) has been given the chance to win a Samsung Smart TV. They told us that the contest is open for all Filipino bloggers not only to us but to all Filipino bloggers here in the Philippines.

At first, I’m not sure if I will join the contest because fear got me first. My heart is pounding while imagining myself contributing and participating in the contest. Just imagine all the great bloggers that is present in the venue of the iBLog7. Is there a chance that I can win the contest? Even without the great bloggers in the venue. Compare me with all the other aspiring bloggers and other great bloggers that is not presence in the venue, I’ll be just like a puppy in the middle of a pack where he is the most weakest.

But because of the will of being a techblogger (take note: I’m not yet a certified techblogger), I have decided to join the contest. I thought about the things that I can do with the Samsung Smart TV and it would be a great starting point for me to be a certified techblogger. And what the heck, I don’t have anything to loose and you don’t know, I could really win this contest.

Here is the things that I can do with the Samsung Smart Television.

I can tweet the things that I can do with it.

Promote this event badge

First Day

I really had a great time with my new friend in iblog7 and I'm really thankful that I attended their seminar. I also very thankful to the iblog speakers who gave their knowledge and shared their experiences with blogging. They have given me new hopes and inspirations to pursue my current hobby.

Those who I met earlier, thank you for the great time. I hope that we still communicate and share some time. I can't wait for tomorrows event. See you soon my new friends.

Those who want to attend the second day of the 7th iblog event, you can just walk in to the college of law in the university of the Philippines. 9am is the call time. See you tomorrow fellow blogmates.

Second Day

What the??? iBlog7 is finished. Woot! I'm already excited for next year iBlog. I'm a little disappointed because I didn't get a iBlog7 t-shirt but compare it with my experience with the last two days that I attended the summit. I am really thankful that I got a chance to meet other bloggers and some people that I only see in television and in the internet.

I got the a interview with Janet Toral. She is one of the pioneers with it comes to blogging.

As of now I am on my knees and thanking everyone who are behind iBlogs success. See you soon in iBlog8. Cheers!
