International Contact Center Conference & Expo (ICCCE)

It’s been a while since I had made a post that is worth reading. Well, there is something that I want to share to all of you specially people in the contact center industry. Maybe some of you don’t know what a Contact Center is. A Contact Center is widely known as call centers here in the Philippines but it is more proper if we use the term “Contact Center” rather than call centers. So, what am I really sharing to all of you in this article? Well, it is obvious that I will share to you guys about the International Contact Center Conference and Expo (ICCCE) that will be held here in the Philippines.

The International Contact Center Conference and Expo is an event where contact center professionals will come together to held a conference, forum and career fair at the SMX convention center at the Mall of Asia. It is produced by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). Here are some companies that are CCAP members.

The International Contact Center Conference and Expo target’s to let call center managers, HR managers, IT managers, C-level executives, operations managers and other contact center professional levels to

The event will also host a career fair for all industry professionals and fresh graduates. The solutions track will have 8 sessions that will fill your knowledge with new insights, trends and best practices in handling a contact center.
