All right!! I'm downloading Tekken 3 ISO for epsxe and the best thing is, It is direct download and its free!! I'm currently downloading it with the speed of 100kbps in a internet connection of 0.8Mbps. I already tried downloading it in a computer shop with a 3.8Mbps. The down speed can rise up to 400kbps.
